Trentham Garden Show Cancelled
|
We are very sorry to announce that this show has had to be cancelled. The following is the official announcement from the promoter.
“Trentham Gardens is having a purpose built outdoor stage constructed in order to present a series of open air concerts each year. It was hoped this would be ready in time to present Marti’s show as the star of the first concert. Unfortunately the electrics for the stage area won’t be sufficient. Whilst work is being done to increase various supplies this will not be finished in time for this concert. We hope to have Marti appear at this exciting new venue sometime in the future”.

Burns an’ a’ That ! Gala Concert
|
On Sunday 27th May Marti will be appearing as a very special guest at the Burns an’ a That! Gala Concert at Ayr Racecourse.
Phil Cunningham and Karen Matheson will also be joining the Orchestra of Scottish Opera for this gala performance at the end of the Festival.

Tickets for Marti’s shows at the Pigalle Club

Good news ! Marti has a limited amount of spare tickets for his forthcoming shows at the Pigalle Club in Piccadilly, London on 23rd, 24th and 25th April. He would like his fans to have these and asks that in return an appropriate donation is made to the charity Childline.

Have been in the studio - this time working on my new jazz material.
I really enjoyed the shows at Ronnie’s Scott’s and it was great to see so many people there. In fact, I enjoyed them so much I will be doing some further jazz shows later this year. See details for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival below and I will be announcing some more dates before too long.
I will also be appearing at HumberFest - although this won’t be a jazz show.
